Fascias & Soffits

These are the wooden boards surrounding your roofline, both around the front, sides and underneath the eaves. Over time they crack and the paint peels away. You can either leave the unsightly wood to rot or you can disguise the problem by painting over it regularly. Roofline Replacement will free you from the burden of having to repaint your fascias and soffits by using high quality cellular uPVC in white or a full range of wood grain finishes.

Our Products

20-25mm Jumbo Fascias

Jumbo boards are available in 3 designs, Square, Ogee and Bullnose. They are secured directly to the rafter foot and do not require a timber backing board.

Jumbo boards were the first cellular PVC profiles in the UK to be certified by the BBA as load bearing in respect of the weight of the eaves course of tiles and the guttering system. Jumbo profiles are available in a range of standard sizes and feature a groove to engage the soffit board by push fit.

Soffits (Vented or Un-Vented)

A range of unvented and vented soffits in cellular PVCu suitable for use with Swish fascias. Soffits are available as flat boards and cladding boards, in unvented and vented formats. A 300mm fluted soffit board is also available. A series of joints and ventilation strips complete the range.

Choice of Colours

A range of roofline products is available in colours. Some are achieved by the application of a durable foil finish others are skinned in a coloured PVC material. The appropriate roofline corners, joints and trims are finished in the same materials, ensuring a uniform finish. Foiled products have the same low-maintenance properties as their white counterparts, requiring the occasional wipe with a damp, soft cloth and mild detergent as necessary. The foiled range complements many of the window, door and conservatory systems currently in use.
